济南市企业公共服务中心财经专家李运吉老师围绕“企业涉税风险排除与税收筹划实务”开讲第一课。
Mr. Li Yunji, a financial expert from Jinan Enterprise Public Service Center, gave the first lecture on "Tax-related Risk Elimination and Tax Planning Practice of Enterprises".
聊城市会计行业协会会长谢朝华，应邀出席，本期研修班70多名学员参加活动，超2000人次通过网络直播观看授课。
 Xie Zhaohua, President of Liaocheng Accounting Industry Association were invited to attend the seminar. More than 70 students participated in the activity and more than 2000 people watched the lecture through the live webcast.


    孔主任在开班动员讲话中指出，国际税收问题是国际经济贸易活动中的一个重要问题，同时，也是我国对外开放经济发展过程中一个迫切需要研究的问题。改革开放40年来，我国在建设中国特色社会主义道路上取得了一个又一个胜利，同时，国际税收理论研究与实践也取得了一系列重要成果。为此我们要不断更新自己对国际税收的认识、对财税管理的认知。
Director Kong pointed out in his speech that international taxation is an important issue in international economic and trade activities, as well as an urgent issue to be studied in the process of economic development in China's opening up. Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China has achieved one victory after another on the road of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, a series of important achievements have been made in the theoretical research and practice of international taxation. To this end, we need to constantly update our understanding of international taxation and fiscal and tax management.

李运吉老师分享了他对财税管理发展的几点思考，建议重视国际税收对全球治理体系建设和经济发展的作用，我国国际税收管理实现了从涉外税收—国际税收—国际税收升级版的“三级跳”，成为我国税收工作的重要组成部分，并已经走上了法制化、规范化的道路。同时，我国在国际税收体系中的地位显著提升，中国税务在国际上的影响力越来越大。
